Rebel Bill is a Songwriter-Sojourner who has traveled to all 50 states in the United States of America. He was born and educated in the rural havens of east Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Sam Houston State University. With strong ancestral ties to the Savannah Low Country, he now resides and works there. He has worked as an Outdoor Educator and a horseman. He is also a veteran who served in the United States Coast Guard.
